Would have given 5 stars if it had a better masking. It is really a hassel to press and hold to select the image. Hope you fix this in your next update.

This app is dope. Wish it didnt all have to be on a square instagram sized canvas, but thats alright. The effects are really cool and theres infinite combinations to impress ppl with. The tracing tool was a little confusing at first but I got the hang of it right quick. I use it like I would use photoshop, but this always looks cooler (but to a limit of course) .

Not fun! No variety and barely any options. Looks like it would be cool but just a waste.

Please give us a way to save the project

Great great app! It only needs more images and the feature to save projects and to change the transparency of the objects. Cool app though!

Im still asking myself the same question as mention in the title. Probably my favorite photo app to make it, well.... Retro. -Easy to use. -Fun to share -Not many know of this app. (Which gives you the leg up, when friends ask how you Retrod your photo) -Easy to share on Histogram. The only con: - I havent seen any new filters since purchasing the app. Please get on that dev team. :)

I found it very easy to use and output photos look simply awesome!

I bought this app a year ago, wanted to love it, but continue to delete it disappointedly. I have honestly come back to it over and over again trying my hardest to create something decent out of this app, but I have nothing! Not once have I been successful creating anything even remotely cool here. I dont like the fonts. I dont like the way it cuts the image and I dont like the effects. That is all. Sorry.

Hi, Im having a problem with the app, I downloaded the app today at morning, but once I try to save the photo, appers a message that says: "this app doesnt have access to your photos or videos" I try to resolve the problem in privacy settings, but there isnt an option to let the app access to the photos... How can I resolve it? Thanks

Love this app EZ to use.

Im not big on photo editing. But I love this app. Being able to take elements of pictures and mess with them is awesome. The effects are faux retro, which I really like. I love making weird postcard-like images. Good job, devs. Would love to be able to import my own backgrounds and stickers. That would be a cool feature. Or be able to turn an image into a background.

So seriously, I dont review. Dont have time, whatever. But this app is AMAZE-BALLS. Worth MY time to review! Fab!! Love! Easy! Fun! Outline, roughly...not perfect.. Tap auto and WAH-LAH! You may need to tap again to add back in hair or a shirt. But super duper easy! And Oh so adorable!

The previews show a full size poster but after tracing your image and continuing to the next page, it pastes it onto a square canvas.. I dont want a square poster..

Dont blame the app if you cant be creative. This app isnt illustrator or photoshop but it makes it even easier to create great collages. If youre an artist and have tried different apps to put together cool compositions but cant seem to find anything, look no further. This creators of this app knew what they were doing! If I could give it any critique I would say an improved font selection and an ability to save and edit images in-app would make it even more great. Thanks for creating this dope app!

This app has EVERYTHING that you could ever want to edit anything, and I LOVE it. It had a bunch of cool backgrounds and stickers and filters for your picture, and lots of fonts. There is so much I can do. But I wish that I could have a plain white background for just the pictures I want to post on Instagram and stuff. The app is fantastic, but I hope you will consider adding a plain white background for those kind of pictures. Thank you!!

I like the easy to use masking and sticker functions on retromatic. The cut-outs looks good without the ragged edges of other similar apps, and the effects are not as generic. The overall result are photos that look very quirky, retro and hipster-y as the title suggests. Instabuy, people! Just a note to the debs, if the app can be updated to current iPhone 6 plus screen resolution and maybe a stretch, extension support on iOS 8, it will become many people favorite photo edit app. Thanks!

Like this app but I am not able to edit a sticker on iPhone 6. You can delete the text and get a keyboard but the new text does not show up. Please fix!!!
